About Us
Our Story
SevenBar Aviation first took to the skies in 1947. From day one, we had a passion for flying.
As we grew, we discovered we had an equal passion for making a difference in people’s lives, in their time of greatest need. So we adjusted our course, and focused on becoming a safe, reliable, and innovative air medical operator without the distraction of working in other sectors.
We’ve gained a reputation for setting the standard in our field and continue to set the bar high. The key to our success is simple: We form long-term partnerships by providing superior aviation support to healthcare providers, and by empowering our team to give all passengers the care and attention they need.
Purpose & Vision
We positively impact lives by serving those who deliver extraordinary patient care.
Firmly Grounded In Our Core Values.
SevenBar Aviation is dedicated to providing superior, personalized medical flight service for our customers and patients. Our vision is to be the premier air medical provider in the nation by providing consistent, top-quality service to our partner hospitals.
In an industry that changes as rapidly as aviation, it’s important to have a guiding star that keeps your team pointed in the same direction. As we continue to evolve, our Vision and Values keep us focused on why we are here and what we need to do to meet your expectations.
Values
Safety
Safety is our foundation. We walk the talk to ensure that each of us is accountable for our actions and for the SevenBar Aviation Safety Commitment.
Courage
We are committed to doing the right thing, every time…. even when no one is watching. We adhere to a higher standard, even if that means saying no when needed. We hold one another accountable for our actions with complete trust in each other.
Teamwork
We are members of a team that extends beyond the walls of our offices and hangars to include all stakeholders. We appreciate each other’s qualities and perspectives and our relationships are built on trust and respect.
Service
We value service to others, our communities, our customers and patients. Every day we ask how we can help. We selflessly give our time to those we serve and encounter. We help one another so that we all perform at our best.
Our History
SevenBar Aviation began in 1947, with the goal of providing aviation services to a broad range of industries.
In the 1970s, we decided to focus on finding better, more innovative ways to deliver air medical flight services. We began flying for hospitals in New Mexico in the late 1970s, and in the mid-1990s, we moved our headquarters to Dallas, with the goal of expanding our service capabilities and better serving the air medical community.
It’s been a rewarding ride, and we’re proud of the difference we’ve been able to make in the lives of the clients and patients we serve. In the years ahead, SevenBar Aviation will continue to bring our brand of responsiveness to more healthcare providers, and actively reach out to more organizations at the local, state, and national levels and beyond.
Over the years, SevenBar Aviation has developed ongoing relationships with leading healthcare organizations across the country. Although we’ve grown considerably, we still maintain the service, responsiveness and emphasis on long-term relationships you’d expect from a family-owned business. And along the way, we’ve assembled an outstanding team that embrace our commitment to raising the bar for our industry, and continually taking service and responsiveness to new heights.
